Neurodivergent Therapy in New York & New Jersey

Hello!

Therapy that begins with understanding, not fixing.

Being neurodivergent often means living in a world that wasn't designed with your brain in mind. Over time, that can lead to burnout, shame, anxiety, relationship struggles, and the feeling that you're constantly working harder than everyone else just to get through the day.

Therapy doesn't have to ask you to become someone else.

I work with ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults throughout New York and New Jersey. Whether you're newly exploring your neurodivergence, processing a late diagnosis, recovering from burnout, or simply looking for a therapist who understands, our work begins with curiosity rather than judgment.

What we might explore together

Every person's experience is different, but therapy may focus on:

  • Masking and identity

  • Autistic or ADHD burnout

  • Executive functioning challenges

  • Sensory overwhelm

  • Relationships and communication

  • Trauma and chronic shame

  • Self-advocacy and boundaries

  • Navigating work, school, or major life transitions

You do not need a formal diagnosis to benefit from therapy.

My approach

My work is grounded in the neurodiversity paradigm, which recognizes neurological differences as natural variations of human experience rather than problems to be cured.

Together, we'll work to better understand your nervous system, make sense of the strategies you've developed to survive, and create a life that fits who you are—not who you've been expected to be.

Therapy isn't about becoming more "normal." It's about building a life that feels more sustainable, connected, and authentic.
