A space for individuals and relationships navigating complexity, identity, trauma, neurodivergence, and change.

Therapy isn’t about becoming a different person. It’s about making room for more of yourself.

Many of us have spent years adapting to environments that asked us to become smaller, quieter, more productive, more understandable, or easier for others to hold. Therapy can be a place to notice those adaptations with compassion, reconnect with your own ways of knowing, and experiment with new possibilities for living and relating.

My work is collaborative, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in curiosity rather than correction. I draw from attachment theory, somatic practices, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), relational and systemic therapy, neuroqueer perspectives, and disability justice. Together, we’ll explore not only what’s happening within you, but also the relationships, systems, and stories that shape your experience.

Who I work with

I work with people whose lives often don't fit neatly into dominant expectations.

Many of my clients are:

  • Neurodivergent adults, including autistic and ADHD individuals

  • LGBTQIA+ people, especially trans, nonbinary, and gender-expansive clients

  • People exploring gender, sexuality, identity, or belonging

  • People healing from trauma, chronic stress, or burnout

  • Individuals navigating life transitions, grief, parenting, or major change

  • People questioning psychiatric labels while still wanting language that helps them understand themselves

I also work with relationships of many kinds, including:

  • Couples

  • Polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous relationships

  • Mixed-neurotype relationships

  • Queer and trans partnerships

  • Relationships navigating conflict, intimacy, communication, parenting, or changing relationship structures

You don't need to have the "right" words for what you're experiencing before reaching out. Sometimes therapy begins with simply asking, What is happening to me? or How did we get here?

Ways we can work together

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to slow down and become curious about the patterns that have helped you survive… and whether they're still serving you now.

Together we might explore nervous system patterns, identity, trauma, relationships, executive functioning, self-compassion, grief, or the ways you've learned to navigate a world that wasn't built with you in mind. Rather than trying to "fix" you, we'll work toward understanding your experiences in context and building a life that feels more sustainable, connected, and authentic.

Relationship Therapy

Relationships don't exist in isolation. They are shaped by our histories, nervous systems, identities, communities, and the worlds we move through.

I work with couples, polycules, chosen family members, and other important relationships seeking greater understanding, communication, and connection. Whether you're navigating recurring conflict, intimacy, trust, neurodivergent differences, parenting, opening a relationship, or simply feeling stuck, therapy becomes a space to slow the cycle down and build new ways of reaching toward one another.

My role isn't to decide who's right. It's to help everyone better understand the patterns between them and create relationships that align with their shared values.

Groups

Community changes us in ways individual therapy sometimes can't.

I periodically facilitate therapy and psychoeducational groups that invite reflection, mutual support, and collective learning.

My ongoing offering is a virtual support group for trans, nonbinary, and gender-diverse parents. A space to navigate parenting, identity, community, and the complexities of raising children while living beyond conventional expectations.

Additional groups and workshops are announced as they become available.

Gender Affirming Letters of Support

I provide assessments and letters of support for gender-affirming medical care.

My approach is collaborative, informed-consent oriented, and grounded in respect for each person's lived experience. The process is designed to reduce unnecessary barriers while meeting documentation requirements for medical providers and insurers whenever possible.

If you're unsure whether you need a letter or what the process involves, you're welcome to reach out with questions.

Consultation

I offer consultation for therapists, educators, organizations, and caregivers seeking support around neurodiversity-affirming practice, LGBTQIA+ and gender-affirming care, relationship therapy, and systemic approaches to mental health. Consultation can focus on individual cases, clinical skill-building, program development, or broader questions about creating more accessible and affirming environments.

The Logistics

Location & Licensure

I provide virtual therapy for adults throughout New York and New Jersey, where I am licensed to practice.

Session Format

Sessions are held securely online through a HIPAA-compliant video platform. Virtual therapy offers flexibility while allowing us to build meaningful, connected work together.

Fees & Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Because every plan is different, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to learn more about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Getting Started

Finding the right therapist is an important decision. If you're interested in working together, you're welcome to reach out through the contact form. I'll respond with information about availability, answer any initial questions, and, if it seems like a good fit, we'll schedule an initial appointment.

If it turns out I'm not the right person for what you're looking for, I'm happy to offer referrals whenever possible.
